I have dealt with the KL team since they took over my previous managing agent a few years ago. I have never been without a tenant, they have always been up to date with regular property inspections giving me peace of mind that my investment property is being well maintained. Very easy and approachable. I would highly recommend them should you be looking for someone to manage your investment.
