Along with a wealth of industry experience and knowledge, Tammi also has a passion for customer service. This passion for customer service was learnt from her very first job in a well-known fast food chain.
It is with this passion that she has gained an impressive reputation among landlords and tenants for her professional and efficient approach and the level of personal service she provides to each and every one of her clients.
Tammi believes that Customer Service is a broad term which includes, friendliness, professionalism and courtesy and is very important when you are the first face the public see. When a client walks through the door, they need to be greeted by someone who is a “Director of First Impressions”.
Along with customer service, Tammi also brings with her a high quality of skills in accuracy and time management, all while being able to multi task.
As she has been working in the Real Estate industry for 13 years and being a home owner herself, she understands completely what it means to have an asset and treats each client’s property as if it were her own.
Her local knowledge is extremely valuable when discussing market trends and pricing with her clients, having lived in the Redlands for most of her life.
